About Us
The Association for Voluntary Action (AVA) is dedicated to ensuring every child is protected and free from exploitation and abuse.
As a core member of Just Rights for Children, India’s largest network of over 250 civil society organisations, AVA strengthens its impact by preventing exploitation, creating deterrence through prosecution and providing legal aid, and enabling the rescue, rehabilitation, and reintegration of exploited children.

Our Mission

To prevent all forms of child trafficking, child labour, child marriage and child sexual abuse;

To protect and rehabilitate child victims of crime and abuse;

To promote prosecution of offenders and promote deterrence for prevention of crimes against children;

To provide access to services, and government schemes for vulnerable children and families;

To ensure and promote, for all children, various constitutional provisions, laws and government policies including education, gender equality, freedom and development
