AVA, Association of Voice Artistes is a non-political, registered trade union organization with an effective membership of 600 plus, is affiliated to Federation of Western India Cine Employees (FWICE), which has a total membership of over 70,000 cine workers.

AVA, was formed in 1999, with the objective to foster a spirit of professionalism and to build a dedicated, sincere, hard working cadre of creative voice artistes. Our membership consists of voice artistes from over 16 languages spoken all over India.

To streamline the payment structure, AVA has released Wages Tariff Card with as many as 27 categories of voicing, with the recommendation of minimum rates for various categories of voicing work, which is approved by the Federation of Western India Cine Employees.
